01  —  Is this a fitness challenge?
No. Trisphereon is a discipline system for developing any capability that matters to you — business, education, creative practice, professional development, relationships, physical performance, or anything else you choose to bring to it. Physical development is part of the daily requirement, but it is not the main objective. What you develop is your decision.
02  —  What if I miss a day?
You do not miss a day. That is the commitment. The system is designed specifically to prevent the conditions that cause people to stop — the cohort, the evidence requirement, the peer partner, the events. If life delivers a genuine crisis, you speak to your cohort. But there is no pause button built into the system, because a pause button is a reset button with better branding.
03  —  How much time does it take each day?
The three daily actions — capability development, mental input, and evidence posting — can be completed in as little as 15 minutes. The time is not the point. The consistency is.
04  —  What do I actually post as evidence?
A minimum 30-second clip or photograph showing your capability action that day — it can be as long as you want. Spoken to camera, one sentence about what the day revealed. The caption when posting is simply: "365 or Nothing — Trisphereon Challenge." Post it across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. No production. No editing. No performance. Proof.
05  —  Is it really free to join?

09  —  Can anyone join regardless of fitness or age?
Yes. The physical action component is scaled to the individual. A 65-year-old rebuilding their health and a 28-year-old preparing for competition are both in the system. The standard is consistency, not performance level.
10  —  Why 365 days and not 30 or 90?
Because 30 days produces a habit. 90 days produces a result. 365 days produces an identity. The research on behaviour change is clear — the longer a practice is sustained, the less it requires willpower to maintain and the more it becomes who you are.
